Figaro-Enterprise's Mansion Share Program works for the best interest of its estates, landlords and clients. We will gather any information about you necessary to help in the leasing process. Before filling out this application, you agree to our mansion share credit score, roommate and pet policy.
Upon aggreeing with our terms and conditions, you acknowlege that you have been made aware of and met the necessary requirements to apply for our mansion share program. You also acknowledge that you are aware that there may be multiple applications ahead of your own and that the application that is selected would be based on the best credit score, annual income, lenght of employment and rental history. The application fee is nonrefundadle. Your application will remain valid for a three (3) months period during which you will be matched with a mansion that fits the rental budget indicated in your application. If for any reason your application is rejected, you will be notified within 2-3 business days. If successfully matched, you further acknowleged that there may be an additional $25 nonrefundable fee associated with the viewing of the property, during which you will be provided with the property manual which includes all the additional estate's guidelines and directives.
