#1. Although we love pets, we unfortunately cannot accommodate them on any of our premises. Before filling out our application, we kindly ask that you confirm that you do not plan on bringing any pets with you. We want to ensure the safety and comfort of all our tenants, which is why we have this policy in place.
Pets are often considered a part of the family, and we understand that it can be difficult to find a new home that doesn't allow them. However, our no-pet policy is in place for good reason. Not only do some people have allergies or phobias, but pets can also cause damage to the property or disturb other tenants.
If you are a pet owner, we recommend searching for a pet-friendly rental property. There are plenty of options available, and you will likely find a place that suits you and your furry friend's needs. Alternatively, you may consider looking into pet-sitting services or asking a friend or family member to care for your pet while you’re enrolled in our program.
#2. We do not allow smoking within 50 to 100 feet of any of our buildings for safety concerns. Residents will be made aware of designated smoking areas during showings.
Smoking is a habit that has been proven to be very harmful to both the user and those around them. As a responsible organization, we take the safety and health of our residents and properties very seriously, which is why we have implemented a no-smoking policy within a certain distance of our buildings.

During the showing of our properties, we make it a point to inform residents of the designated smoking areas. These areas are carefully selected to ensure that they are away from the buildings, and the smoke does not affect those around them.
#3 In order to improve comfort and luxury, we recommend only two individuals per room. Residents must be at least 21 years old to apply.
Our priority is to provide a comfortable and luxurious living experience to our residents. To ensure this, we strongly recommend that each room should only be occupied by a maximum of two individuals. This will create a peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone.
Please note that our residency is only open to applicants who are at least 21 years old. We believe that this age requirement is important to ensure that our residents are mature enough to handle the responsibilities of communal living.
For those who wish to add an additional resident to their room, secondary application forms are available for a fee of $175 per person. This is to cover the additional costs that may arise from accommodating an extra person in the room.

#4 Before filling out our mansion share application, it is highly imperative that you check that your credit score is at or above 650 points. Anything lower will automatically disqualify your application.

A credit score of 650 or higher is generally considered to be a good score, and it will greatly increase your chances of being approved for our mansion share program.
