Cancellation Policy

The purpose of this cancellation policy is to outline the guidelines, requirements and procedures for the cancellation process of any and all confirmed appointments of Figaro-Enterprise LLC ("Company"). This policy aims to protect the Company's employees, resources, tools, and face-value. Also, this Policy ensures that the parties involved in booking sessions have a complete understanding of the conditions associated with any acquired services provided by the company. Scope This Policy and its defined requirements and guidelines applies to all clients and their respective confirmed appointments, whether showings, screenings, or 3D Virtual Tour Rendering sessions. Furthermore, this policy extends to all ongoing services, and confirmed bookings undertaken by the Company. Guidelines Booking Process In order to book an appointment or session, the client is obligated to fill out the booking form found on the Company's official website. Clients are welcomed to contact the designated representatives of the company using reliable and necessary means to facilitate their booking experience. Thus, the client saves time, and the company can ensure proper strategies for future clients. Confirmation Clients will receive confirmation from the Company's assigned agent or representative upon successful booking. The agent or representative will respond or contact the Client within thirty-six (36) hours after the booking form has been submitted. Payments Payments are necessary to ensure that the slot intended for the booked session is marked only for the client. Therefore, the Client is expected to pay the full amount of the booked session, or service by the time the details of the appointment is submitted. The payment serves as a retainer fee and is non-refundable. Tax State taxes may apply to the balance paid by the client on the booked session, or service at the time of submission. Cancellation To cancel an appointment, the client must send a notice of cancellation at least twenty-four (24) hours before the date of the scheduled booking. The client must understand that canceling the booking means forfeiting the paid retainer fee (if applicable). Restrictions If client decides to cancel the appointment less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled date, he or she is not liable to received any refunds. Reschedule In the event the client decides to change the date(s) of a booked session, the client should send a written notice using appropriate means to the assigned agent at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled date to determine the availability of the Company's representatives and staff members.
