HOW IT WORKS
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
Although we love these faightful companions we unfortunately, do not allow any pets on any of our premises. Before filling out one of our applications, we ask that you please confirm that you will not be bringing any pets along with you.
In order to improve comfort and luxury, we recommend only two individuals per room. Residents must be at least 18 years old to apply. Secondary application forms are $175 per added resident per room.
We do not allow smoking within 50 to 100 feet of any of our buildings for safety concerns. Residents will be made aware of designated smoking areas during showing.
Before filling out our mansion share application, it is highly imperative that you check that your credit score is at or above 650 point. Anything lower will automatically disqualify your application.
