Job Summary: As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our residential properties in New Orleans. Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize common areas, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other assigned areas within residential buildings. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors. Dust and polish furniture and fixtures. Empty trash and recycling bins. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Restock cleaning supplies as needed. Lawn Care Specialist (Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available)

New Orleans, LA, USA

Job Summary: As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the lawns and outdoor spaces of our residential properties, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. If you are a hardworking individual with a passion for the outdoors and a commitment to quality work, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities: Mow lawns using various types of mowers (riding, push, and zero-turn). Trim edges, flower beds, and around obstacles. Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed, following safety guidelines and regulations. Remove weeds and debris from lawns and landscaped areas. Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Water lawns and plants as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
